About Happybuy
A tool brand for
people who fix things.
We make and sell the equipment that keeps a small business moving: fryers, freezers, presses, pumps. It has to work on a Tuesday in February, not just in a photograph.
Happybuy has been in commercial use since 2016. The name was registered as a trademark in 2017, and the range has grown from a handful of kitchen machines to four working collections.
We are based in Shanghai and sell direct. That means there is no distributor between the machine and the person who has to clean it at the end of the night, and no distributor to blame when a seal fails.
Most of what we sell is deliberately unglamorous. A soft serve machine is a pump, a refrigeration loop and a lot of stainless. A heat press is a platen and a thermostat. We would rather spend the money on the parts that touch the product than on a badge.

What we believe
Parts beat promises
A warranty is only useful if the part exists. We keep seals, blades, hoses, baskets, thermostats and boards for the models we sell, and we tell you the part number before you pay.
One inbox
Sales, manuals, spares and faults all land in the same place. The person who answers can read a wiring diagram, and will tell you when the answer is "that one is not worth fixing".

The team works from Jiading District, Shanghai. Machines leave the warehouse as parcels or as pallets, depending on what they weigh and where they are going.
If you are passing through and need to see a unit, write first. We can arrange a time at the warehouse rather than a showroom.
