What we collect

• Contact form: the name, email address, topic and message you send us.
• Order details: if you write about an order, we keep the order number and the information needed to answer.
• Local preference: a single value in your browser's local storage recording that you dismissed the cookie notice.

We do not run analytics, advertising or social media tracking on this site, and we do not build profiles.

Why we use it

To answer your message, to handle a warranty or return, and to keep a record of the correspondence. Where data protection law applies, the basis is our legitimate interest in answering customers, or consent where you have given it.

Who processes it

Messages are delivered by our email provider and the site runs on standard web hosting. Our own shop at store.happybuy.world has its own checkout and payment providers; this site never sees your card details.

How long we keep it

Support correspondence is kept for up to three years so that a repeat fault can be traced to its history. Order records are kept as long as required for accounting and warranty purposes.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We set no tracking cookies. The notice at the bottom of the page stores a single value locally in your browser so that it does not reappear on every visit. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings; the notice will simply show again.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes will be noted on the homepage for 30 days.
